Sports Genesis is the Creation of Sports and Recreation

"Assisting communities  in the development of parks and athletic programs"

As a 501(c)(3) non-profit program, Sports Genesis has the resources and man power required to provide all of the services mentioned in a timely and professional matter.  Providing these master plans, program analysis and cost estimates to the park or recreation agencies at no cost  allows us to cut through the "red tape" of traditional governmental procedures and speed up the design project's time line.   All of this will allow these agencies to save thousands of budgetary dollars, countless hours of time and numerous planning headaches.

Master planning is a critical (but often neglected) first step in any design project.  It allows the agency to think through all of their needs, develop an accurate program and be able to analyze the potential costs before a project truly digs its heels in.

The master plan allows ideas to be drawn on paper so that groups and individuals can accurately visualize and ultimately discuss a project's real needs, real space requirements and real costs.  Without it, a projects will flounder, become over budget and off schedule.  It is truly a required step for any project.

With current budget conditions most communities have a needed project or renovation but do not have the necessary funds to get the project off the ground accurately.  To save money they may skip some critical steps, wasting time and money in the long run. This is when Sports Genesis can assist your organization .
